About Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness meditation is secular, meaning it isn’t based on any one type of organized religion or set of religious practices and beliefs. As a mindfulness meditator, you are free to focus on whatever resonates best with you. People of all religious, cultural, and educational backgrounds gravitate to meditation for many reasons, not just spiritual ones. Although some people do use mindfulness meditation to grow their spirituality, they also find it helps them deepen their self-knowledge, control their anxiety and stress, and improve their overall health and wellbeing. At the stress less teacher, we also celebrate the strength of diversity. We are an all-inclusive community. All are welcome!
